The staff was helpful and very supportive. the location was absolutely perfect, right by the town's Michelin star restaurants, Ragusa Ibla, one of Sicily's handsomest towns, and the historical center of Ragusa.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel located in the historical center of a beautiful city. The location is superb, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The hotel is brand new and boasts excellent facilities, with a cozy living room where I enjoyed reading a book. The staff were accommodating and friendly, providing me with a parking permit for my car and always offering suggestions on where to go. Also, the breakfast was delicious and made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
